Victorian Era Religious Book in good antique condition. Binding Is Tight. Pages Are Clean. Full Leather Binding. All page edges gilded + lettering to spine. Decorative metal and mother of pearl cover. There is loss to the bottom of the cross. Distress + discoloration present on cover. The clasp sits flush with the book but does not click shut. The catch // clasp palte has loss and is very tiny so ti does not latch shut the hasp - see photographs. Decorative leaf end papers. Inscription inside in ink from 1894. Additional piece of ephemera included from previous owner.
