This artwork dates back to the height of the Victorian Era between 1870 and 1885. Back of this frame - corrugated carboard backing with prominent water staining and an oxidized hanging wire secured by small nails. Wood frame and oxidized hanging wire are original or very early, also dating to the late 19th or early 20th century.
