Beautifully crafted, one-of-a-kind. Multiple concentric circle medallions intricately joined together into an organic, cloud-like shape, utilizing upcycled fabric strips in vibrant pink, blue, red, and soft gray tones. Intricate texture and craftsmanship. Varied patterns, textures, and thicknesses of the individual stirps give the piece its unique, dappled multi-color look. Individual colorful outer medallions are crocheted tightly together against the central gray medallion, with smaller triangular fabric fills neatly bridging the gaps between the circles to form a solid, flat textile floor piece.
Loss + distress present. 3 holes total. Found in as-is condition in Pennsylvania. Maker used a classic single crochet stitch worked in continuous rounds to create each concentric circle medallion. Constructed from hand-cut fabric yarn - often rags, sheets, or clothing scraps. Exceptional craftsmanship and durability. Structurally Sound. True Reversibility.
