Red flowers are constructed from a distinct candy-striped or ticking-stripe printed fabric rather than a solid color. This Textured fabric adds a beautiful, unique dimension to the graphic design. Edges of the green leaves and red blossoms, the tiny, hidden blind stitches - turned + appliqued by hand.
There is staining + discoloration throughout. No rips or tears. Slight puckering and distinct seam lines where the white background blocks were pieced together. Maker skillfully applied the wreaths across these grid lines to create a uniform flow. Found in As-Is condition in upstate New York.
