Vintage (1950's) Handmade French Royal Banner.
Also known as : Banner Of France // Blue 3 // Fleur-de-lis Flag. The banner displays the royal Coat of arms, featuring three golden fleur-de-lis (stylized Lily flowers) on a deep blue background. The three emblems were introduced by King Charles V in the 14th century and are sometimes said to represent the Holy Trinity or the three social classes of medieval France.
Does not seem to have a place to insert a pole for a flag. fleur-de-lis have frayed Edges.
