Vintage (1950's) Parke-Davis Chloromycetin Advertising Perpetual Desk Calendar.
Designed to resemble a medicine capsule. This unique calendar was used by Parke-Davis, a pharmaceutical company, as a promotional item for their antibiotic Chloromycetin (chloramphenicol). It functions as a perpetual calendar, and can be adjusted to display the correct day, date, and month for any year.
On a marble base (has small chips) with green felt adhered to the bottom of the base. Some discoloration on capsule.
