Commonly used by real estate agents or landlords to indicate that a property listed for rent has found a new tenant. Features a rustic, distressed look with blue capital letters painted on a yellow background, screwed into another Green Wood sign.
There is distress to the sign - notably the largest cracks between “AIN” on obtained. Other cracks and scratches present on surface. Discoloration throughout. Unsure of what the sign underneath says but you can see lettering beneath the yellow sign. Ready To Hang.
