Featuring a block letter M Sewn in the center. Heavyweight, woven 100% felted wool fabric designed for outdoor stadium use. Deep purple field bordered with contrast whip stitching and a large, sewn-on cream/white varsity block letter.
Discoloration present. Loss on patch. One corner whip stitch is loose / shows loss. Small stain on corner. Authentic mid-century athletic memorabilia typically awarded to or used by collegiate varsity athletes. This stadium blanket is highly consistent with American collegiate textiles produced between the 1940s and 1960s. Likely from Moravian University (formerly Moravian College).
