Kindergarten Test Chart // Tumbling E Chart. Designed for children or non-communicative patients who may not know the alphabet yet. Instead of letters, it utilizes simple silhouettes of familiar objects - Sailboat, circle, cross, heart, star, and hand to assess distance visual acuity. Tumbling E " includes an astigmatism clock dial at the top to check for structural irregularities in the eye's curvature. Both charts are configured for standard distance testing at 20 feet.
Distress + discoloration present. Some yellowing to charts. One area on tumbling E Chart edge missing. Some bending to chart. Ready To Hang. Price is for both. Found in as-is condition in Pennsylvania. Features a large capital letter "E" pointing in various directions - up, down, left, right. Patients indicate which way the fingers of the "E" are facing, making it ideal for testing young children, non-native speakers, or illiterate individuals.
